Sight Seeing:

Shri Krishna Janma Bhoomi: It is believed that this is the place where about 5,000 years ago lord Krishna was born in the prison of King Kansa. While excavating this area, many old statues were found which are now displayed in the museum. At present this place has a beautiful temple of lord Krishna beautiful temple of lord Krishna.

Vrindavan: is another major place of pilgrimage. It is noted for its numerous temples - both old and modern. The name Vrindavan evokes the playfulness and lovable characteristics of Shri Krishna. This is where Krishna indulged in adolescent pranks like flirting with gopis in the forests and stealing their clothes while they bathed in the river. Little now remains of the legendary forests and the river has meandered away from most of Vrindavan bathing ghats, but this town still attracts huge numbers of pilgrims. Vrindavan today, is noted for its numerous temples.

Gokul: The town where infant Krishna was brought up in secrecy and home of his foster mother. Yashoda Maiya. The most important temple is Gokul Nathji. Gokul is particularly known for the festivals of Janmashtami. Annakut and Trinvat Mela, which are celebrated here in a distinct style

Day 2. Agra To Delhi
After Breakfast Checkout From The Hotel And Half Day To City Tour to Agra and Onward Journey to Delhi Airport or Station as per schedule.
Places to be covered Places to be covered Taj, Agra fort and Itmad-ud-daulah,Sikandra

Agra : Perhaps no other historical monument has evoked as much awe and admiration from tourists and travellers alike, as the magnificent Taj Mahal-fondly called by people as the ultimate requiem of love, from a great Mughal Emperor to his beloved. So overwhelming is the exquisite beauty and presence of this marbled mausoleum that centuries later today, even the very land where it has been located-Agra-has been immortalised as the City of the Taj.Yet, it doesn't take much for the roving eye to discover that there's more to Agra than just the fabled Taj Mahal.

Sight Seeing:

Taj Mahal: Reflecting the passions of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, the Taj Mahal in Agra was built in the mid-1600s as a tomb for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Later he was buried beside her.

Agra Fort: The 16th century old magnificent Mughal monument... the Red Fort of Agra is a powerful fortress of red sandstone encompasses, within its 1.5 mile-long (2.5km) enclosure walls, the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. It comprises many fairytale palaces such as the Jahangir Palace and the Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan; audience halls such as the Diwan-i-Khas; and Sheesh Mahal (The Glass Palace), which, inlaid with thousands of mirrors was once the harem dressing room. (ENTRANCE TICKET)

Itmad-ud-daulah: This monument in white marble standing across the river and short distance from the Taj, is believed by many to be an inspiration and model for the more famous mausoleum. It was built by Empress Noorjehan for her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg, during 1622-1628 AD and pietra dura – inlay on marble – was first used here(ENTRANCE TICKET)

Sikandra :is the mausoleum of Akbar and is on the highway to Delhi, a little off Agra. The mausoleum complex is surrounded by a walled structure with its big arched gateway which is typically Mughal, complete with its own set of minarets and inlaid work. Inside the compound the main structure is encompassed by gardens and sprawling lawns. The main structure is quite big and mostly marble facade. Not too much artistry (by Taj standards), but nevertheless quite imposing. This place has a row of beautiful arches and doorways thus making it a photographer's delight.
